CAMPAIGN "BE RESPONSIBLE, REGISTER YOUR ACCOMMODATION"
In order to prepare the summer tourist season in Žabljak as efficiently and responsibly as possible, the Tourism Organization of the Municipality of Žabljak, in cooperation with the Loklan self-government, launched a campaign called
"BE RESPONSIBLE, REGISTER YOUR ACCOMMODATION".
The aim of the campaign is to inform accommodation providers about the importance of registration of tourism activities, as well as registration of guests' stay, in order to encourage them to be responsible towards themselves and others.
Tourists who decide to spend their holidays in Žabljak deserve protection and safety. It is especially important to return their trust and show yourself as a responsible host.
In addition, registered and categorized accommodation is valued more than ever, as it instills a sense of security. For this reason, registered accommodation providers gain a significant competitive advantage.
Only registered accommodation is safe, and only registered guests are protected.
The registered accommodation is in the database of TO Žabljak, which has the task of promoting it. Promotion implies the presentation of accommodation through advertising material, brochures, social networks and a website. The modern way of working enables all of us together more attractive forms of promotion, when it comes to digital marketing.
This is especially important for beginners who need promotion on all broadcasting markets. By registering, long-term providers of accommodation will have the opportunity to exchange experiences with TO Žabljak, but also with the rest of the city's tourism industry, as well as to participate in modern trends in advertising and promotion.
In the end, registration of accommodation and registration of guests' stay is mandatory by law, otherwise, accommodation issuers pay fines and lose credibility.
If we take into account the very favorable price of registration and accommodation categorization, there is no doubt what is the smarter thing to do!
Accommodation is registered at the Secretariat for Economic Development of the Municipality of Žabljak , and the request can be found on the website of the Municipality in the section - Forms and Requests (http://zabljak.me/me/obrasci-i-zahtjevi/)
Registration of guests, who have previously been entered in the Guest Book, is done at the Žabljak Tourist Organization within 24 hours. Registration and de-registration of residence can also be done independently, electronically, through the "RB90" application and by using a "token" (a digital certificate issued by the Post of Montenegro).
The Tourist Organization Žabljak, together with the Municipality of Žabljak, believes that the providers of accommodation in the territory of our municipality will show responsibility so that tourists from our city take away the best impressions.
