Blue Lake
Blue Lake is located at the foot of the Durmitor peak Sedlena greda, at an altitude of 1609 meters. Its water is known for its intense deep blue color, from which it got its name. The maximum depth of Blue Lake is about 3.3 meters. This mountain lake is home to trout, while wild ducks can often be seen on its shores.
Modro Jezero is part of a popular hiking route known as the “Three Lakes” trail, which includes Modro, Srablje i Wavy lake. This trail takes about three hours and is suitable for children and people with poor fitness, making it an ideal choice for a leisurely hike and enjoying nature.
