In the final, Žabljak beat Tivat, while Kotor beat Nikšić in the fight for 3rd place.

Žabljak is located at an altitude of 1456 meters, and as such it represents the highest urban settlement in the Balkans.

Its unique nature attracts a large number of tourists, and it is located in the center of the Durmitor National Park, which has been on the UNESCO World Natural and Cultural Heritage List since 1980.
