Workshops "Use of GIS technologies" - Kolašin, Plužine and Žabljak
The Telenor Foundation has approved a very significant project for the Žabljak Tourism Organization and partners Regional Development Agency for Bjelasica, Komov and Prokletije and The Northern Way Outdoor Club, which will deal with modern technologies that can improve the tourist offer of mountain destinations. This project started a month ago, and is followed by a series of workshops in different municipalities in the north of Montenegro that will enable individuals and clubs of mountaineers, cyclists and similar hobbyists to improve their knowledge regarding the use of GPS devices and mobile phones for easier orientation for their needs, but and for the needs of tourists who are increasingly present in our mountains.
That's why we invite all those interested to register for the one-day training that will be held:
- On Thursday, May 18, starting at 11:00 a.m. in the building of the Cultural Center in Kolašin, for participants from the municipalities of Kolašin and Mojkovac.
- On Friday, May 19, starting at 10:00 a.m. in the Plužine inn, for participants from the municipality of Plužine.
- On Saturday, May 20, starting at 11:00 a.m. in Žabjak, for participants from the municipalities of Žabljak, Pljevlja and Šavnik – the second cycle of training.
