In order to protect the health of citizens and tourists staying in Montenegro, the Government of Montenegro adopted a series of temporary measures aimed at preventing the risk of the possible spread of the COVID-19 virus. - What is forbidden?
Organization of private gatherings - wedding ceremonies, graduation and birthday celebrations, etc.
- What is open?
Traffic by personal vehicles within Montenegro and internal public road and rail transport
All ports of entry for all cruise ships and yachts
Inland maritime traffic is fully open
Cafes, restaurants, bars until midnight in the municipalities: Herceg Novi, Kotor, Tivat, Budva, Bar and Ulcinj. Until 10:00 p.m. in the territory of the Capital City of Podgorica, the Capital Cetinje and the municipalities: Plužine, Šavnik, Žabljak, Nikšić, Danilovgrad, Tuzi, Kolašin and Mojkovac. In the municipalities: Rožaje, Berane, Bijelo Polje, Pljevlja, Gusinje, Plav, Petnjica and Andrijevica, the operation of all catering establishments is prohibited (Obligations: employees wear masks; max 4 people at a table (except for families); between tables min 2m or screen; hand disinfection at the entrance/exit; no self-service; no standing and waiting at the bar).

- Who has the obligation to self-isolate, i.e. home quarantine?
Institutional isolation is mandatory for persons who have been in quarantine or self-isolation and whose test results for the new coronavirus are positive, and they must be isolated from healthy people, and they cannot be provided with self-isolation in family accommodation; persons who were treated in a hospital, have recovered and have no symptoms of the disease, but do not yet have two consecutive negative results from samples taken within 24 hours
